Some web sites and document not allow you to copy are edit the image or text, sometime you need to capture screenshot for your project and tutorial. In this article you will learn how to capture screen shot and how to crop that in windows just by pressing print screen key button.
How to capture screen shot and how to crop
1. Open web, window or what you want to capture.
2. After open just press "Print screen" button in keyboard.
3. Go to your document or where you want to paste and press "Ctrl+V" your screenshot will be past.
4. If you paste in word document select the screenshot and click "Format" then click on "Crop" the corner border will be shown in your picture hold the border and drag as per your requirement.
