Microsoft Word shortcut Keys: How to view page preview in word 03, 07, 13


Don’t use mouse for viewing page preview in Microsoft word document; word itself provided lot of keyboard shortcut keys for easy and fast work just we need to use on right place and my point of view using mouse is just boring and take long time and sometime we click on wrong icon by mistake so forget the mouse use keyboard shortcut keys.  So today’s topic is how to view page preview in Microsoft word 2003, 2007, 2013 using keyboard shortcut keys, may be some people know and think this is not a important, but I made this for those who really don’t know about this shortcut keys.  

Just follow these steps.
1.         If you are using Microsoft Word 2007, 2013 the key is “Ctrl+F2” for viewing page preview you can also zoom out and zoom in by using “Ctrl+mouse scroll up/down”

2.       Press Escape to come out from page preview
3.       The key is slightly different for Microsoft Word 2003 just press “Alt+F” leave Alt key and press “V”  
4.        Press Escape to come out from page preview
