How to Convert Table to Text in Microsoft Word 2003, 2007, 2013

Oops! You did lot of hard work to type a table format and suddenly you need to remove the table format into a text, so what will you do?  Don’t worries I will show you easy way of how to remove or convert table to text in Microsoft word 2003, 2007 and 2013, and I also have keyboard shortcut keys for convert any table into text in Microsoft word. Just follows these steps.

For Microsoft Word 2007 and 2013
1.          Select your entire table (you can use shortcut key “Alt+5” switch off num lock)
2.         Click on “Layout” “Convert to text” “Remove - ” “Ok”

For Microsoft Word 2003
1.          Select your entire table (you can use shortcut key “Alt+5” switch of num. lock)
2.         Click on “Table” “Convert” “Table to Text” “Remove - ” “Ok”
