Method 1
1. Open Microsoft Excel (Watch video tutorial......)
2. Click on “Open” and select your “File”
3. Click on “Open drop down menu” and tap on “Open and Repair”
4. Click on “Repair” and then click on “Close”
If this method not recover your file go for next method

1. Open Microsoft Excel
2. Click on “Open” and select your “File”
3. Click on “Open drop down menu” and tap on “Open and Repair”
4. Click on “Extract Data” after this you have two option “Convert to Values” or “Recover Formulas” you can take anyone as per your need.
