1.       Select the Entire Row in table
2.     Hold the Alt+Shift+ Press Up Arrow key to move up and press Down arrow key to move down.

3.       If you want to move more than 1 rows, select the all rows which you want to move and do the same Hold the Alt+Shift+ Press Up Arrow key to move up and press Down arrow key to move down.
4.      Or if you want to move a text matter the same keys will work.
