In this post you will learn how to move rows in table up and down by using keyboard shortcut keys, you can also move up and down your text matter, this keyboard shortcut key will work all the version of Microsoft word like 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013.....(See below video tutorial)
1. Select the Entire Row in table
2. Hold the Alt+Shift+ Press Up Arrow key to move up and press Down arrow key to move down.
3. If you want to move more than 1 rows, select the all rows which you want to move and do the same Hold the Alt+Shift+ Press Up Arrow key to move up and press Down arrow key to move down.
4. Or if you want to move a text matter the same keys will work.
5. This is shortcut keys will work all version of Microsoft word like 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
