Hi everyone, today I am going to show you how to delete column and rows in table by using keyboard shortcut keys, these shortcut keys will work all version of Microsoft Word like 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013, just follows these shortcut keys.
1. For deleting column, select the columns which you want to delete and hold the “Alt” key and press “A” leave the Alt key and press D,C (Alt+A,D,C)
2. For deleting rows, select the rows which you want to delete and hold the “Alt” key and press “A” leave the Alt key and press D,R (Alt+A,D,R)
Alt+A,D+C for deleting columns
Alt+A,D+R for row for deleting row
