Shortcut Key for Line Spacing in MS Word

          To work fast in Microsoft word you must be know some basic keyboard shortcut keys, as we know using keyboard shortcut keys instead of using mouse is always save some time and make your work accurate and professional.  So the topic is how to change line spacing in paragraph or in table text by using shortcut keys.  The key is very simple and easy, for example you have lot of paragraphs in your ms word document and you want to change the line spacing for all paragraph or some of them. You don’t need to use mouse to doing this, you have easy keyboard shortcut for this just keep the cursor anywhere in paragraph and press “Ctrl+1” for single line space, “Ctrl+5” for 1.5 line space and “Ctrl+2” for double line space, if you want to change entire document line spacing, select all and use the same keys.  These key will work all version of Microsoft word like, 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
