1. Connect this device to your PC and let it to install drives, this is plug and play device for windows 7 and higher version.
2. After installation this device will be ready to use, click on "Start" and "Devices and Printers" in your desktop. The window will appear and your Bluetooth device will shows on the top.
3. Turn ON Bluetooth in your phone or other devices which you want to connect with your PC and come to desktop and click on "Add a Device". It will search nearby Bluetooth Devices.
