How to Adjust Table Paragraph Line Spacing in Microsoft Word


1.    In the table select the column and row which you want to give line spacing.

2.    Click on “Home” “Paragraph Setting” you will get paragraph dialog box, click on indents and spacing.
3.    In the bottom there is a “Spacing box” “Before” and “After” insert your required numbers in before and after box and press “ok”, if you not get your required line space then try to changing in numbers.
4.    You can also do this by using keyboard shortcut keys select the column and row and hold “Alt” key press O,P,B (This shortcut key will work all version of Microsoft Word like word 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.
