Symbol is rarely used in Microsoft Excel, but when we need to insert symbol it takes lot of time. For example I want to add the degree symbol, you can add symbol by using long procedure. But here I am going to show you how to add or insert symbol in MS Excel by using easy keyboard shortcut keys. You need to hold “Alt” key and press “I” and than leave the key “Alt” key and press “S”…. (Alt+I,S). A dialogue box will appear, select symbol in “fonts” find and select our symbol and press “Enter”
