The key is same for all the version of Microsoft Word like 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 and may be 2016. We all know working with shortcut key is the best way to do fast work… There are many shortcut keys available for table in MS word one of them is merge column and rows.. So its very easy,
Select the “Columns” and hold “Alt” key and press “A+M”.
Do the same for rows select the “Rows” and hold “Alt” key and press “A+M”.
