There are two types of search and replace words, first is replace the text or words one by one  and second is replace all. And this keyboard shortcut key will work all the version of MS Word like, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and may be 2016.  So just follow me to know Shortcut key for Find and Replace Text in Word Document.

1.    Press “Ctrl+F” and press “Ctrl+Pagedown” button. Type your word and type replace with word.

2.     Now if you want to replace word one by one press “Alt+R” or if you want to replace entire document press “Alt+A”
