How to fix Configuration Progress in MS Office (2003,2007,2010,2013,2016)

          Many people use more than one Microsoft Offices, whenever we open office it will configure setup and took lot of time to open, it usually happen when you install more than one Office like Office 2003, Office 2007, 2013 or 2016.  So the point is how to solve this problem, I have simple solution for this, let see how to fix this configuration progress..
Click on “Computer” or “This PC”
Click on “C Drive”
“Program Files”
“Common Files”
“Microsoft Shared”
“Office12”
“Office Setup Controller”

Now right click and rename “Setup” just add “old” after setup as shown in figure

    3/24/2021 I cannot find the setup controller file for office version 12 it is not on list - only
    msoshext.dll, MSOXEV.DLL, MSOXMLED.EXE!
