Recently I have updated windows 10 to my laptop and I got some touchpad performance issue, but fortunately I fix this problem to my laptop but I am not fully sure this will work for all the laptops touchpad issues, but before start first try to enable your touchpad by pressing “Fn+F5” or “Fn+F6”, if your touchpad totally not working, use external mouse to fix this problem..
1. Go to start – setting – devices – Mouse & touchpad check for its enable or On
2. Click on Additional mouse options – Hardware, select your mice or touchpad and click on “Proprieties” if you got “This device is working properly, its mean there is no issue with your hardware.
3. The other option is go to “This PC” – “Manage” - “Device Manager” click on “mice and other pointing devices” select your device right click and click on “Update Driver Software”
4. Click on “Search automatically for updated driver software”
