1.    Right click on desktop negative on “New” – “Shortcut”

2.   Copy & paste this code explorer.exe shell:::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} in location box and click on “Next”, you can give name of this shortcut, by default it will be explorer, now click on “Finish”

3.    A explorer shortcut icon will appear on your desktop screen just right click on that and select “Properties” – “Shortcut” in shortcut key box, give shortcut key for ex: “Ctrl+Shift+E” after this click on “Apply” and “Ok”
