This is not a magic or any kind of hacking, it’s a simple setting for those who has slow internet connection, when you watch Youtube video in slow connection the video always buffer, but in youtube you can do some setting to improve video speed.
1. Sign in Youtube account click on “Setting” gear box, select “Playback”
2. Select and check on “I have a slow connection, Never play….” you can also uncheck Annotation and Caption to improve video speed.
