Keyboard shortcut always help to fast and smart work, here I am going to show you some basic keyboard shortcut key for Microsoft Word, you can use easy key for making alignment for text and object in MS Word, these shortcut key will work all the version of word like, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016. So let’s see how to make center, left, right and justify alignment in word by using shortcut key.
1. Hold “Ctrl” key and press “E” for Center alignment
2. Hold “Ctrl” key and press “R” for Right alignment
3. Hold “Ctrl” key and press “L” for Left alignment
4. Hold “Ctrl” key and press “J” for Justify alignment
