Hello everyone, in this article I will show you how to add autotext entries in MS Word, autotext entries means the same text we use to type many time in word document, so we don’t need to type same text again and again, we can easily make keyboard shortcut key to add same text, for example company name, address, long words or sentences. Let see how to do this.
1. Open word document type your text, copy the text, click on “File” and select “Option”
2. Now select “Proofing” click on “AutoCorrect Options” paste the text in the “with” box and insert shortcut key in “Replace” box click on “Add” – “Ok”
3. Next time whenever you need to type this same text just press shortcut key the will be inserted
