When I use Microsoft Office 2016 for first time, I got a issue with file saving setting, each time I have to click on browse to choose file save path, its really irritated me and take some extra time, so in this post I will show you how to change file save option in MS Office for Word, Excel & PPT files.
1. Open Word, Excel, or PPT click on “File” – “Options”
2. Click on “Save”, Uncheck the box of “Show additional places for saving, even if sign in may be required” and Check the box of “Don’t show the backstage when opening or saving files”
3. You can choose file location by click on “Browse” and “Ok”
