Hi again, in this post I am going to show you one tip about how to remove extra spaces inbetween words in Microsoft Word, sometime we face this issue by mistaken left two or more than two spaces inbetween words, here is the easy way to remove two or more than two spaces from words, this method will work all the version of MS Word like 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016.
1. First lets remove double space from the words, open the word file press “Ctrl+F” click on “Replace” in “Find what box” “leave 2 space” by using spacebar button and in “Replace with box “leave 1 space” now click on “Replace All” to remove all double space.
2. If you have more than two spaces “Ctrl+F” click on “Replace” in “Find what box” type “( ) {2,}” and in “Replace with box “leave 1 space” click on “More” check on “Use wildcards” now click on “Replace All” to remove all extra space.
3. In word 2013 and 2016 press “Ctrl+F” extend and click on “Replace” and follow the same method.
