When people say their phone has freeze on screen or stopped working, but most of time its not a phone problem, it’s an app that is not working properly or which may have frozen completely, specially phone freeze when using apps or games and you are not able do anything, so here I will show you some tips to fix this problem, hopefully this will help with your phone.
1. Press “Home” button to unfreeze
2. If this not work; tap on notification click on “profile icon” – “setting” go to “app or app manager” find and open the app which is frozen and tap on “Force Stop”
3. If still have problem; hold “power” button for 2 to 3 seconds and “power off” or “reboot”
4. If possible connect the charger or remove and reattach the battery and turn on your phone.
