1.       Keep cursor below the row and click on “View” – “Freeze Panes” select “Freeze top row”

2.       For column do the same keep cursor next to the column and click on “View” – “Freeze Panes” select “Freeze first column”

3.    To unfreeze go to “View” – “Freeze Panes” select “Unfreeze top rows or columns”
