ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED is a chrome browser error, this error comes when your try to open any website, this code error may be confused you and force you to call IT professional or internet service provider, but before you do any hard work, you should try these easy four methods to fix this error.
Method 1:
1. Go to start type “Command Prompt” and than “Run as Administrator”
2. Type or copy paste these code and hit enter after each code
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
3. After this close the command prompt and restart pc: if this not work try method 2
Method 2:
1. Open chrome browser go to “setting” than click on “Show advance setting”, under “privacy” click on “Clear Browsing data” and clear “cookies and caches”
Method 3:
1. Go to chrome setting, in search bar type and search for “proxy” click on “change proxy settings” – “connections” – “LAN settings” uncheck “Automatically detect settings” and check on “Use a proxy server for your LAN….” and than “Ok”
Method 4:
1. Right click on “Network” select “windows firewall” from bottom
2. Click on “Turn windows firewall on or off” than check and turn off on both “Private and Public” firewall
