1.       Go to start type and open “run” type “secpol.msc” and hit enter

2.       Click on “Local policies” and than click on “Security Options”

3.   Now scroll down and double click on “User account control: Run all administrators in admin approval mode”

4.       Check on “Disabled” than “Apply-ok”
