Ever you need to download all gmail emails in your pc? if yes; than continue this article by default there is no straight forward way in gmail to download all or selected emails into the pc, but thanks to google its allow us to download and backup all emails from gmail, lets see how to do this.
1. Open google and sign-in, type and search for “google takeout” open the first link
2. Click on “select none” than check on “mail”, to download selected emails click on “select labels” – “gmail labels”
3. Select “zip” in file type, select size, select “send download link via email” in delivery method and click on “Create archive”
4. Now it will prepare archive; if the file size small it give you download option soon, if file size big than it will send you download link to your email, you can logout this and do your other works.
