How to Change Ruler Measurement Units in MS Word (2003-2016)

By default the MS Word Ruler unit will be in inches, but sometime we needs different types of units in MS word ruler, you can easily change measurement unit into inches, centimeters, millimeter, points and picas, you don’t need to do any hard work for this, this is inbuilt feature in MS word, so lets see how to change measurement unit of ruler..


1.       Open MS Word click on “File” than click on “Options”

2.     Click on “Advanced” scroll down under Display section you will find show measurements in units of : just extend that and select your desire measurement unit and than “ok”
