reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Controller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001
After operation completed successfully exit from cmd and check its fix or not, if still not fix try the second method
2. Right click on start button select “Device Manager” and update the DVD drive drivers
