2.     Click on “Reset Firefox” and again click on “Reset”, and after this “Finish”, Firefox will create a “Old Firefox Data” folder on your desktop if you want you can restore them.

Reset will remove:
·        Extensions and themes
·        Plugins
·        Customizations
·        Website permissions
·        Modified preferences

Reset will  not remove
·        Cookies
·        Browsing History
·        Download History
·        Bookmarks
·        Saved Form History
·        Saved passwords
·        Personal dictionary
·        Open windows and tabs.
