1. When you got this black screen press “Ctrl+Alt” and hit “Delete” than click on “Task Manager”
2. Click on “File” – “Run new task” type “regedit” check on “create this task…” than “ok”
3. Extend the “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” – “Software” – “Microsoft”
4. Find and extend “Windows NT” – “CurrentVersion” now click on “Winlogon” find the and double click on “Shell” type “explorer.exe” in value data box and click “ok”
5. Now restart your pc, hope this will fix your issue.
