There may be lot of reasons behind antivirus not working properly, I have original licensed antivirus but its not working properly in my windows 10 machine, I have done lot of search about this and also tried to uninstall and reinstall but the issue is not fix, at last I came to know about Windows Defender, windows defender is a built-in antivirus tool in windows 10 and by default its turn on.
When both antivirus and windows defender turn on in the same pc, it will disturb each other and not work properly, so the solution is turn off windows defender. Just find windows defender from start menu go to “setting” and than turn off it, now restart your pc; if still antivirus not working than you need to uninstall and reinstall the antivirus, hope this will fix…
