1.       Steps-1:  Open VLC Player click on “Toot” – “Preferences” check on “All” click on “Input/Codecs” find the “File caching (ms)” and change the value 600 or 1000 instead of 300. “Save”

2.       Steps-2:  Click on “Toot” – “Preferences” click on “Input/codes” and “Disable” the Hardware-accelerated decoding

3.   Steps-3:  Click on “Toot” – “Preferences” check on “All” click on “Output/Module” under Video section and select “Automatic” video output module.  “Save”

4.    Steps-4: Click on “Toot” – “Preferences” check on “All” under Input/Codes extend the “Video codes” select “FFmpeg” find the “Thread” and the value to “2” and save it

Note:        If none of work uninstall and reinstall vlc player
