How to Scan Documents Using iPhone Notes App

1. Launch the Notes app on your iPhone. Tap on create a new note button or open an existing note.
2. Tap on attachment icon and then tap on Scan Documents, Place your document on a flat surface and position your iPhone camera so that the document is entirely within the camera’s view. The app will automatically detect the edges of the document and capture the scan. If it doesn’t, you can manually take the photo by tapping the Shutter button.



3. After capturing the scan, you can adjust the corners to fit the document perfectly. Once satisfied, tap Keep Scan. If you have multiple pages, you can continue scanning additional pages.
4. Once you’ve scanned all the pages, tap Save. The scanned document will be added to your note.
5. You can tap on the scanned document within the note to make further edits, such as cropping or adjusting the color. To share the document, tap the Share icon and choose your preferred method (e.g., email, text, AirDrop).
